We can offer you an extensive choice in your potential mattress selection…. Whatever the size, shape, thickness or density of foam (or fibre), we can produce it for you!

We can combine sheets of differing densities of foam to give a unique cushioning effect matched to your needs, a piece of single density foam for firmer support, or memory foam to give a luxurious cushioned support. The thickness and size of the foam can be tailored to match your specific requirements.

If you wish, we can produce mattress toppers in a variety of materials and covered in your choice of fabric. For example, a memory foam topper will provide superior comfort and extend the life of your existing mattress.

Mattress Covers

Jaclyn. 

This can be supplied either plain, or with a quilted polyester fibre backing applied (which results in a more luxurious finished product). Coral Patterned is a 100% polyester stretch knitted fabric and meets the requirements of Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.

 

Jaclyn Quilted.

 Millenium Stripe.

A 100% cotton striped fabric. 210grams/m², which meets Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations. Millenium Stripe is used mainly in the hotel and contract mattress industries.

 
 

Nautilus.

Nautilus is a 100% transfer printed polyester fabric which meets with Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations. This fabric has the added benefit of being waterproof, and will form a protective barrier against bed mites. This fabric is moisture vapour permeable and will not support microbial growth of E Coli, Salmonella, M.R.S.A, as well as other bacteria.

Computer aided design and manufacture capabilities allow us to produce a range of mattresses for clinical use. We can cut an extensive selection of castellations into the structure of the mattress to allow it to flex through a wide range of motion, maintain patient comfort and allow air flow for cooling purposes.
